What you'll do:

As a Marketing Consultant based in Makati, you will immerse yourself in a dynamic environment where your expertise in marketing strategy will be crucial for enabling business growth.   • Provide comprehensive support to the Sales Agency team by developing and implementing marketing initiatives and campaigns aimed at achieving ambitious business targets.
  • Conceptualise campaign themes for recruitment efforts, overseeing the creation of engaging creatives and marketing materials tailored to attract top talent.
  • Produce always-on content that equips sales teams with the tools they need to effectively promote products, services, and the brand while generating valuable leads.
  • Design creative materials such as training videos, standardised presentations, and sales collaterals to enhance the effectiveness of agency sales initiatives.
  • Work collaboratively with the Investment Team and Distribution Channels to position funds strategically, developing clear investment-related communications for both customers and distributors.
  • Create informative content materials that educate audiences about fund performance, market outlooks, and other key financial topics relevant to their needs.
  • Identify opportunities to promote investment funds to targeted audiences through well-crafted messaging and strategic positioning.
  • Support the Non-Traditional Partnership team by designing communication materials, launching activations, and organising events that drive sales efficiency.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to marketing activities while assisting in budget management processes to ensure optimal resource allocation.
  • Undertake additional responsibilities as assigned by your direct manager to meet evolving operational requirements.
