A leading insurance organisation is seeking a Finance Controller to oversee financial accounting, controllership, and reporting activities. You will play a key role in managing financial close processes, maintaining robust internal controls, ensuring compliance with PFRS/IFRS, supporting audits, and partnering with stakeholders across the business to enhance financial operations. Key Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day financial accounting and controllership activities.
• Manage month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing processes.
• Review journal entries, reconciliations, and financial reports to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Maintain strong internal controls and regulatory compliance standards.
• Coordinate with internal and external auditors.
• Drive process improvement and finance transformation initiatives.
• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to strengthen financial operations.

What You'll Bring

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
• CPA qualification preferred.
• At least 7 years of experience in accounting, controllership, financial reporting, or finance operations.
• Strong knowledge of PFRS/IFRS, regulatory compliance, and internal controls.
• Experience within insurance, banking, or financial services is highly preferred.
• Proven analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
• Track record of driving process improvements and operational efficiencies.
