Our client is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Process Services Associate Director to join their team. This senior role will be responsible for business, operations, financial and human resource management within the Policy Services division. The successful candidate will provide strategic oversight for a team of processors that deliver Policy Checking, Endorsements and Audits to North American clients across various industry verticals. What you'll do:
As a Process Services Associate Director, your role will be multifaceted. You will be tasked with developing both short- and long-term strategies for policy services that align with the company's broader objectives. Your excellent problem-solving skills will be put to use as you identify initiatives that enhance operational efficiency. You will oversee daily operations, ensuring compliance with both internal standards and external regulations. Your leadership skills will shine as you guide a team of policy service professionals towards achieving their KPIs and SLAs. Additionally, your ability to build strong relationships will be crucial in managing stakeholder engagement.
* Develop and implement short- and long-term strategies for policy services.
* Collaborate with senior leadership to align departmental goals with broader business strategies.
* Identify and lead initiatives that drive operational efficiency and improvements.
* Oversee day-to-day operations ensuring compliance with internal standards and external regulations.
* Monitor team performance against established KPIs and SLAs.
* Lead, coach, and mentor a team of policy services professionals.
* Drive talent management strategies including recruitment, performance management, training, and succession planning.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
What you bring:
The ideal candidate for the Process Services Associate Director position brings a wealth of experience in policy services or insurance operations. With at least 8-10 years in the field, you have developed a strong understanding of policy checking, endorsements, audits, and compliance requirements within the insurance industry. Your proven track record of driving operational efficiency and delivering client-centric solutions speaks to your ability to excel in this role. Your leadership skills are complemented by your excellent coaching and team development abilities. You possess strong analytical abilities with a keen attention to detail, and your communication and interpersonal skills enable you to manage stakeholder relationships effectively.
* Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Risk Management, Insurance or related field.
* 8-10 years of experience in policy services or insurance operations.
* 3-5 years in a leadership or managerial role.
* Strong understanding of policy checking, endorsements, audits, and compliance requirements within the insurance industry.
* Proven track record of driving operational efficiency and delivering client-centric solutions.
* Excellent leadership, coaching, and team development skills.
* Strong analytical abilities with keen attention to detail.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
