HEAD OF PARTNER LIFECYCLE AND SALES ENABLEMENT
HEAD OF PARTNER LIFECYCLE AND SALES ENABLEMENT
A prominent organisation in the fintech sector is seeking a Head of Partner Lifecycle and Sales Enablement to take charge of the entire Know Your Business (KYB) journey for B2B and B2B2C partners. This highly influential position places you at the heart of commercial strategy, where your expertise will drive both revenue generation and operational excellence. You will be empowered to shape how strategic partner onboarding acts as a catalyst for business growth, ensuring seamless transitions from pre-sales engagement through to ongoing account management and retention. The company offers an inclusive, flexible environment with supportive leadership that values your ability to nurture high-performing teams and deliver scalable solutions. If you are passionate about building collaborative networks, influencing senior stakeholders, and delivering best-in-class partner experiences, this is your opportunity to make a lasting impact in a rapidly evolving industry.
* Play a pivotal role in transforming partner onboarding into a key commercial lever, supporting faster sales cycles, seamless activation, and robust after-sales experiences across multiple jurisdictions.
* Join an organisation that champions flexibility, inclusivity, and supportive leadership—where your skills in partner lifecycle management, sales enablement, and compliance operations will be celebrated and developed.
* Lead cross-functional teams to deliver operational transformation, regulatory excellence, and outstanding partner satisfaction throughout every stage of the partner journey.
What you'll do:
In the role of Head of Partner Lifecycle and Sales Enablement, you will be entrusted with shaping how B2B and B2B2C partners are converted from prospects into valued long-term collaborators. Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve working hand-in-hand with Sales during pre-onboarding due diligence to accelerate deal closure while ensuring all regulatory obligations are met efficiently. You will provide executive guidance throughout the entire partner journey—overseeing onboarding execution so that new relationships transition smoothly into active accounts supported by robust after-sales frameworks. By acting as the primary escalation point for complex or high-risk cases in partnership with Compliance and Risk teams, you will maintain a delicate balance between commercial urgency and regulatory rigor. Your efforts will focus on removing bottlenecks that hinder conversion rates or delay activation timelines while championing initiatives that automate manual processes for greater scale. Through close collaboration with cross-functional teams—including Product Management, Operations, Account Management, Business Development—you will ensure every touchpoint along the partner lifecycle is optimised for satisfaction, retention, and revenue enablement. Ultimately, your success in this role will be measured by your ability to foster a culture of continuous improvement within your team while driving operational transformation that benefits both internal stakeholders and external partners alike.
* Oversee the full KYB lifecycle for B2B and B2B2C partners, ensuring all processes are aligned with commercial objectives and regulatory requirements to enable rapid onboarding and activation.
* Provide executive oversight across pre-sales due diligence, onboarding execution, and after-sales lifecycle management to guarantee consistency, quality, and a positive partner experience.
* Collaborate closely with Business Development and Sales teams to support deal structuring, manage onboarding feasibility assessments, and reduce time-to-close as well as time-to-live for new partners.
* Act as the senior escalation point for critical partner issues during both onboarding and post-sales operations, ensuring swift resolution that prioritises partner needs while safeguarding organisational interests.
* Drive cross-functional alignment between Sales, Account Management, Product, Operations, Compliance, and Risk teams to enhance conversion rates and improve service level agreements (SLAs) for onboarding.
* Champion initiatives that streamline workflows across onboarding and after-sales support functions by introducing automation and reducing operational friction to support scalability.
* Establish feedback loops with internal teams and external partners to continuously refine pre-sales enablement strategies as well as after-sales support frameworks.
* Lead transformation projects aimed at optimising the end-to-end partner journey—from initial engagement through activation to long-term retention—ensuring each stage supports revenue growth.
* Foster a culture of responsiveness, collaboration, continuous improvement, and knowledge sharing within high-performing teams dedicated to onboarding, enablement, and after-sales support.
* Monitor industry trends in compliance operations and partner lifecycle management to ensure best practices are adopted proactively.
What you bring:
To excel as Head of Partner Lifecycle and Sales Enablement you will bring extensive experience gained from roles focused on KYB processes or compliance operations within fast-paced fintech or financial services settings. Your background should reflect not only technical proficiency but also a proven ability to collaborate closely with commercial teams such as Sales or Account Management—accelerating deal cycles without compromising on regulatory standards. You will have demonstrated success in building cohesive teams capable of delivering exceptional results across both onboarding execution phases as well as ongoing post-sale support functions. Your interpersonal skills must be second-to-none; you should feel comfortable influencing senior stakeholders from diverse backgrounds while fostering trust-based relationships internally across departments like Product Management or Operations. A keen eye for identifying opportunities where automation can drive efficiency—and a willingness to champion these changes—is essential. Above all else: your approach should be grounded in empathy for both colleagues’ needs internally (through mentorship) as well as those of external partners (through responsive service delivery), ensuring every interaction contributes positively towards long-term business growth.
* 8–12+ years of experience managing KYB processes or compliance operations within fintech, banking, or crypto environments—with significant exposure to both commercial (sales) functions and post-sales relationship management.
* Proven track record partnering effectively with Sales and Account Management teams to accelerate deal cycles, improve onboarding conversion rates, and enhance overall partner activation outcomes.
* Comprehensive understanding of the end-to-end partner lifecycle—including pre-sales due diligence procedures, onboarding execution protocols, ongoing support mechanisms, and retention strategies.
* Demonstrated success in building high-performing teams across onboarding functions as well as after-sales/partner support departments—fostering cultures rooted in collaboration and continuous learning.
* Ability to balance strict regulatory requirements with commercial imperatives—ensuring compliance never becomes an obstacle to business growth or customer satisfaction.
* Exceptional stakeholder management skills—enabling you to influence both revenue-generating units (Sales/Business Development) as well as control functions (Compliance/Risk).
* Experience leading operational transformation projects designed to improve speed-to-market metrics while enhancing scalability across multiple jurisdictions or product lines.
* Strong analytical mindset combined with excellent communication abilities—allowing you to identify process improvements quickly while articulating their value clearly to diverse audiences.
* Deep familiarity with automation tools or digital platforms used in streamlining onboarding workflows or after-sales support activities is highly desirable.
* A passion for nurturing talent within your team—providing mentorship that encourages professional development alongside organisational success.
