What you'll do:
As Head of Operations, you will play an essential role in orchestrating the company's entire operational landscape. * Minimum of 5–8 years’ progressive experience in operations management within fintech or banking sectors; at least 3–5 years in a managerial or leadership capacity.
* Proven track record in process improvement methodologies such as Lean or Six Sigma applied within complex organisations.
* Deep understanding of business process design principles coupled with hands-on experience implementing automation or digital transformation initiatives.
* Comprehensive knowledge of risk management frameworks and internal control systems relevant to regulated industries.
* Demonstrated ability to manage budgets effectively while identifying cost-saving opportunities without compromising service quality.
* Experience preparing detailed operational reports using analytics tools to inform strategic decision-making at senior levels.
* Exceptional interpersonal skills enabling effective collaboration with cross-functional teams including Growth, Finance, HR, Compliance, Technology, Customer Support.
* Strong mentoring abilities with a history of developing high-performing teams through coaching and structured performance management programmes.
