Our client is seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Product Manager in the field of Trade Finance. What you'll do:

As a Product Manager in Trade Finance, your role will be multifaceted. You will be responsible for updating manuals for our range of trade products, delivering internal training sessions, and conducting comprehensive market studies. Your keen understanding of market trends will guide your monitoring of product performance, allowing you to make necessary adjustments to enhance their success. Your innovative thinking will be crucial in product R&D efforts as you work towards inventing new offerings and improving existing ones. Furthermore, you will play a pivotal role in bridging our sales and operations teams, ensuring smooth communication and collaboration.

• Update and complete manuals for new and existing trade products
• Deliver internal training on the products
• Design and implement market studies to understand trends and client requirements
• Monitor the performance of trade products, conduct post-evaluations, adjust product requirements, and guide sales teams
• Work on product R&D including inventing new products and upgrading existing ones
• Implement product development strategies
• Provide sales guidelines, marketing materials, and promotion plans for Sales Departments
• Act as a bridge between the sales team and operations team

What you bring:

As our ideal candidate for the Product Manager – Trade Finance position, you bring a wealth of experience from at least four years in a related role. Your background in corporate banking or trade business equips you with the industry knowledge necessary to excel in this position. Candidates with ICC CDCS/CITF/CSDG certification will be given preference due to the specialised skills these qualifications represent. If you have previously held an Operation Manager role within Trade Business, this would further demonstrate your suitability for this challenging yet rewarding role.

• Minimum 4 years of related work experience
• Experience in corporate banking or trade business is essential
• ICC CDCS/CITF/CSDG certification is preferred
• Previous experience as an Operation Manager in Trade Business is highly desirable
