This role is a Senior Product Manager – Cash Management (Payments) focused on developing and managing digital payment solutions across Southeast Asia. Fluency in Chinese is required due to close collaboration with Hong Kong and regional teams.

- Drive the ongoing development and lifecycle management of cash management payment products within the Transaction Banking Department, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
- Propose and implement effective business strategies, pricing models, and sales or marketing plans aimed at increasing market share for cash management solutions.
- Monitor industry trends and conduct regular product reviews to ensure offerings remain relevant and competitive in rapidly evolving Southeast Asian markets.
- Collaborate closely with other product teams and marketing managers to establish efficient marketing platforms that maximise product visibility and customer engagement.
- Work cross-functionally with various departments to develop robust control measures, clear operational guidelines, and meaningful business performance indicators.
- Participate actively in knowledge sharing sessions and contribute insights that support the continuous improvement of product offerings across multiple jurisdictions.
- Engage with stakeholders from domestic commercial banks and regulatory bodies in Southeast Asia to ensure compliance and leverage local expertise.
- Support the implementation of new technologies or enhancements by leveraging your IT background to streamline processes and improve customer experience.
- Undertake a short-term assignment in Hong Kong as part of comprehensive on-the-job training before returning to your original hiring country or transferring within Southeast Asia as required by business needs.

- At least five years’ experience working with cash management payment products within the banking or fintech sector, showcasing your deep understanding of industry practices.
- Exceptional presentation skills enabling you to communicate complex concepts clearly to diverse audiences both internally and externally.
- Proven negotiation abilities that facilitate successful partnerships with clients, vendors, or regulatory authorities across different cultural contexts.
- Experience working within domestic commercial banks or regulatory bodies in Southeast Asian countries is highly advantageous for navigating local market dynamics.
- A strong background in information technology which supports your ability to drive digital transformation initiatives within cash management services.
- Fluency in spoken and written English as well as proficiency in one or more local languages such as Indonesian, Thai, Malay, Vietnamese, Filipino, Bruneian, Lao or Burmese; Chinese language skills are considered an asset.
- Willingness to travel frequently throughout Southeast Asia and participate in rotational assignments as required by organisational priorities.
