- Achieve ambitious revenue targets by negotiating contracts, commercials, and partnership terms with banks, fintechs, merchants, aggregators, corporate clients, and ecosystem partners.
- Expand into new markets, segments, and verticals by leveraging market insights and creating creative collaborations that generate both revenue and strategic advantage.
- Manage partner performance through long-term growth plans while supporting go-to-market launches, pricing strategies, and product adoption initiatives.
- Work closely with Product teams to translate market opportunities into enhancements or new offerings based on customer feedback and evolving demand.
- Monitor competitor products to recommend innovation opportunities that keep offerings competitive and relevant in the marketplace.
- Strengthen company visibility by partnering with Marketing to execute brand-building campaigns and thought leadership initiatives across multiple channels.
- Represent the organisation at industry events, networking forums, conferences, and client presentations to enhance brand perception and competitiveness.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams including Product, Operations, Marketing, Finance, Legal, Risk, and Tech to lead strategic projects from concept to execution.
- Present business cases and opportunities to senior leadership while ensuring consistent messaging across all external stakeholders.

- Proven track record of generating revenue through strategic partnerships with enterprise clients across multiple industries.
- Exceptional communication skills enabling you to negotiate complex contracts while influencing stakeholders at all levels.
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams including Product Management, Marketing, Operations and Technology departments.
- Ability to analyse market trends and competitor activity to identify innovation opportunities that drive product relevance.
- Strong interpersonal skills allowing you to build trust-based relationships with partners while managing their performance over time.
- Demonstrated ability to present compelling business cases to senior leadership using data-driven insights.
- Familiarity with launching new products or services in competitive markets supported by effective go-to-market strategies.
