- Oversee the full lifecycle management of transaction banking products delivered through various electronic channels such as Corporate Internet Banking, Mobile Banking, Host-to-Host connections, and SWIFT-based solutions.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams and external partners to ensure timely implementation of multi-product initiatives including payments, receivables, liquidity management, and electronic channel integration.
- Monitor market trends and regulatory developments related to electronic banking channels to ensure compliance and maintain competitive advantage.
- Drive the rollout of new products and features for transaction banking platforms by proposing enhancements based on FinTech advancements and client feedback.
- Establish channel programmes and marketing initiatives that align with business objectives while ensuring system readiness and comprehensive documentation.
- Collaborate closely with Customer Solution Managers and Segment Management teams to develop tailored solutions that address specific client requirements and market demands.
- Analyse user behaviour, product performance data, and market intelligence to inform strategic decisions and optimise product offerings.
- Provide guidance during project execution phases, ensuring all deliverables meet quality standards and are completed within agreed timelines.
- Support knowledge sharing across teams by contributing insights gained from regional exposure and secondment experiences.
- Participate actively in training sessions both locally and during the Hong Kong assignment to enhance personal development and share best practices upon return.
What you bring:

- Comprehensive knowledge of payment systems, receivable solutions, liquidity management tools, internet banking platforms, Host-to-Host integrations, API connectivity, SWIFT messaging protocols, and CIPS is highly desirable.
- Demonstrated ability to analyse market trends, user behaviour patterns, and product performance metrics using robust analytical skills is required.
- Proven project management capabilities with meticulous attention to detail are necessary to ensure projects are delivered efficiently under tight schedules.
- A collaborative mindset with strong interpersonal skills is vital for working effectively within multicultural teams across different countries.
- Experience working in domestic commercial banks or regulatory bodies within Southeast Asia is considered a significant advantage due to familiarity with local regulations and practices.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities in English are mandatory; proficiency in local languages such as Indonesian, Thai, Malay, Vietnamese, Filipino or others relevant to Southeast Asia is highly valued; Chinese language skills are an added benefit but not required.
