What you'll do:

• Demonstrated leadership experience at senior or executive levels with proven ability to scale high-performing teams focused on collaborative outcomes.
• Comprehensive knowledge of ERM (Enterprise Risk Management), ORM (Operational Risk Management), TRM (Technology Risk Management) frameworks including hands-on involvement with ORSA processes.
• Certifications such as FRM (Financial Risk Manager), PRM (Professional Risk Manager), CISA (Certified Information Systems Auditor), CRISC (Certified in Risk & Information Systems Control), CISSP (Certified Information Systems Security Professional) or equivalent are advantageous for demonstrating subject matter expertise.
• Exceptional executive presence with the ability to engage effectively at board level through clear communication of complex risk issues.
