Our client is on the hunt for a results-driven Head of Sales to spearhead their go-to-market strategies across eKYC and risk management solutions, as well as credit bureau offerings. What you'll do:

As the Head of Sales, you will be at the forefront of our client's go-to-market efforts. Your role will involve leading the full sales lifecycle—from identifying opportunities to closing deals and managing long-term relationships. You will create strategic account plans that encompass revenue forecasting, market penetration strategies, targeted account mapping, and cross-functional resource planning. You will also drive new business by leveraging an existing portfolio of high-value client relationships. Your ability to develop deep consultative relationships with key clients and stakeholders will be crucial to your success.

  • Lead and manage the entire sales lifecycle: from lead generation, opportunity management, contract negotiation to post-sale relationship growth and account expansion.
  • Create and implement effective strategic account plans that include revenue forecasting, market penetration strategies, targeted account mapping, and cross-functional resource planning.
  • Own and execute the sales strategy across both AAI (eKYC, risk, fraud prevention)and CBP (credit bureau products, data partnerships, scoring solutions).
  • Drive new business by leveraging an existing portfolio of high-value client relationships, particularly in banking, financial services, fintech, and government sectors.
  • Develop and maintain deep consultative relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
  • Establish excellent customer relationships across all levels.
  • Lead the development of strategic sales plans using data-driven insights and business analysis tools.
  • Maintain a strong grasp of our technical product capabilities, competitive landscape, and pricing structure.
