Executive Assistant
Our client is seeking a highly organised and dependable Executive Assistant. This role offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment, providing comprehensive administrative support to the CEO. Your responsibilities will include managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and overseeing office operations. You'll also have the chance to contribute to event management and serve as the Secretariat for the Philippine Management Committee (PHMC).
What you'll do:
As an Executive Assistant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth operations within the organisation. Your primary responsibility will be providing comprehensive administrative support to the CEO. This includes drafting emails, memos, and other communications on their behalf. You will also serve as the Secretariat for the PHMC, meticulously documenting activities and preparing meeting minutes. Your role will involve efficient coordination of meetings, including managing schedules and arranging necessary logistics. Additionally, you will manage the executive's calendar with utmost precision, scheduling appointments and prioritising urgent matters. You will also undertake various standard office responsibilities as required by the management team.
- Provide comprehensive administrative support including drafting memos and preparing communications on behalf of the executive
- Serve as the Secretariat for the Philippine Management Committee (PHMC), facilitating bank management operations
- Efficiently organise meetings by managing schedules, dispatching reminders, and arranging catering services when necessary
- Support and execute all events and meetings involving internal and external stakeholders
- Manage the executive’s calendar with precision, scheduling appointments and prioritising sensitive matters
- Undertake various standard office responsibilities such as coordinating internal requests and aligning calendars
