About the Role:

A highly integral role in the business, the Team Administrator provides a full range of essential administrative support to their team and coordinates and assists on candidate and client enquiries while managing candidate registrations. A critical function of this role is the Team Administrator’s ability to work well under pressurewhile showcasing a sense of urgency by adhering to timelines / deadlines. The Team Administrator should also be able to display keen attention to details by ensuring accurate and precise work output. They will also be involved in ad-hoc projects and initiatives whilst maintaining the balance between their day-to-day responsibilities.

Responsibilities:

  • Types and formats CV’s of newly registered candidates following the Robert Walters standard format.
  • Updates CVs of existing and working candidates.
  • Drafts and distributes confirmation contract letters (T&C), change of rate letters, amendments and updates the database accordingly.
  • Produces various reports on a weekly / monthly basis for distribution to Team Manager / Consultants.
  • Scans and attaches electronic documents to candidate files on the database and ensures all information is uploaded on Zenith accurately.
  • Assists with arrangement of candidate / client engagement activities and sends out invitations.
  • Actively seeks learning opportunities and takes responsibility for personal development.
  • Participates in and initiates ad-hoc team projects when required.
