About the Role:
Working as part of a centralised TA shared service team across the region as a Talent Acquisition Administrator you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of the recruitment administration processes from initial role creation to candidate start date driving a best-in-class candidate and hiring manger experience.
Responsibilities:
- Work with TA Business Partners within the region to ensure the correct hiring approval obtained for each vacancy.
- Utilise the relevant TA systems and databases to ensure all roles are created in the system within a timely manner.
- Support TA Business Partners with the advertising of roles via Broadbean and alternative additional advertising channels.
- Liaise with managers and candidates to co-ordinate and confirm interview and assessments ensuring everyone is fully prepared with key supporting documentation.
- Communicating with candidates via the on-line recruiting system, email or by telephone, as directed by the team.
- General support on interview days, ability to run interview schedules independently and liaise with candidates and the business where necessary.
- Creation and administration of relevant testing where relevant in a recruitment process.
- Completion of relevant contract generation forms and processes to be sent to HR Administration teams for contract generation (where applicable regionally).
- Initiation and oversight of Pre-Employment Screening (PES) process - liaising with HR & PES team accordingly
- Ensuring new joiners are screened to start, have signed contract, and have starter details before their first day – maintaining high level of candidate engagement prestart.
- Identification and implementation of process efficiencies and continuous improvement initiatives to drive enhanced candidate and hiring manager experience.
- Administering and collating/initial analysis of candidate and hiring manager surveys.
- Support regional TA Business Partners with the high -level screening of referral candidates ensuring the correct forms and tracking of referee details is captured and processed as required.
- Tracking and reporting on key activity and metrics for the regional team (including ownership of vacancy trackers, onboarding and PES trackers).
- Liaise with regional finance teams to ensure maintenance of Rec2Rec spend globally.
- Support with systems and process training for new starters where required to members of TA team.
- Maintaining relevant process documentation and standard operating procures for the Talent Acquisition team.
- Maintain candidate data and update recruitment systems and databases.
- Support across TA team with other administrative duties as required
