Reporting to the Marketing Director SEA & GCN (based in Singapore), the role will require assisting the Southeast Asia and Greater China local marketing teams and Marketing Director on their administrative and operational tasks.

Responsibilities

Assisting SEA & GCN Marketing Director

  • Day-to-day diary management / Some inbox management
  • Organisation of team/project calls
  • Ad hoc reports and updates on marketing task completion
  • Sourcing assets/data and creating/formatting regional PowerPoint presentations and reportings that will be presented to country managers and CEOs
  • Organising and creating the slides of Southeast Asia and Greater China business update webinars (internal) hosted by regional CEOs
  • Daily hygiene checks on marketing leads received in the CRM to ensure the business doesn't miss out on any commercial opportunity
  • Expense management and international travel planning (flights, hotels, visa…)

Assisting SEA and GCN local marketing teams

  • Producing monthly reportings (job board / CV database usage/ROI...)
  • Creation of new accounts and troubleshooting on our Applicant Tracking System
  • Administration of sourcing tools (user creation, advert deletion etc...)
  • Raising purchase orders
  • Weekly scheduling of regional social media posts using content provided by local marketers
  • Website updates to support SEO efforts
  • Replying to Google Reviews with the help of AI
  • Leveraging AI prompts for the production of marketing collateral or reporting
  • Working with our design team for collateral production or editing
  • Updating PR trackers
  • Creating marketing lists of contacts from our CRM
  • Ad hoc support on mailer creation
  • Ad hoc and simple image/video editing on Adobe Express to support urgent needs that our design team can’t support

Requirements

  • Excellent verbal/written communication skills
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Outstanding organisational & time management skills
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Experience in supporting multiple stakeholders
  • Strong proficiency in spoken and written English
  • Exceptional MS Office skills / Some knowledge of Adobe is a plus
