Benefits Consultant

A leading financial services organization is seeking a Rewards Consultant to join their Human Resources team, focusing on the delivery and management of employee benefits programmes. This role offers you the opportunity to make a meaningful impact by ensuring employees receive consistent, positive experiences across all benefit services. You will be at the heart of operational excellence, collaborating with internal teams and external partners to drive process efficiency and compliance.

• Oversee the implementation and management of employee benefits programmes including group medical insurance, group life insurance, pension and retirement benefits, loan facilities, car loan programmes, SSS sickness and maternity benefits, and statutory loans.
• Ensure consistent delivery of benefits services across all legal entities in the Philippines by aligning HR Service Delivery goals and priorities with organisational objectives.
• Manage end-to-end execution of benefits processes including change management, stakeholder engagement, automation projects, and process efficiency initiatives.
• Provide solutions for HR compliance risk issues by leveraging broad-based operational perspective and deep HR process knowledge.
• Supervise staff from third-party contracts as well as indirectly oversee benefit vendor personnel handling administrative activities for affiliates.
• Build strong relationships with statutory agencies and manage vendors for ESPP, pension administration (including BPI Wealth and Zalamea), retirement plans, and statutory benefits.
• Ensure compliance with Occupational Health and Safety requirements by managing in-house clinics effectively.
• Develop employee communication strategies such as organising information sessions or roadshows and creating comprehensive benefits guides to keep employees informed about their options.
• Coordinate closely with finance/treasury departments for processing payments or remittances related to benefits vendors and statutory agencies.
• Act as the first point of contact for internal groups, employees, third parties, and external agencies regarding benefit-related transactions.
