Global Rewards Operations Lead
A leading multinational organisation is seeking a Global Total Rewards Operations Lead to shape and drive the strategic direction of Rewards Operations across four diverse regions: AMEA, North America, Latin America, and Europe. What you'll do:
As the Global Total Rewards Operations Lead, you will be responsible for shaping the future of rewards operations on a global scale. Your day-to-day activities will involve collaborating with senior leaders from multiple regions to ensure that rewards strategies are both effective and culturally sensitive.
- Set the overall strategic direction for Rewards Operations across AMEA, North America, Latin America, and Europe, ensuring alignment with organisational goals and respecting regional diversity.
- Partner closely with the Global Centre of Excellence Rewards Lead to develop cohesive strategies that integrate seamlessly with broader People Services objectives.
- Collaborate with other Workstream Leads to ensure smooth end-to-end delivery of shared services and effective join-up of operations.
- Anticipate HR operations trends and lead harmonisation efforts across people processes, driving greater centralisation where scalable solutions can be deployed globally.
- Work alongside the Global Employee Experience Lead to embed digital excellence into the Rewards workstream strategy and support regional digitalisation needs.
- Ensure consistent, high-quality operational service delivery for My Rewards across all regions by engaging deeply with local teams to understand their unique challenges.
- Analyse performance drivers using KPIs, metrics, and qualitative insights to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation in rewards delivery.
- Develop tailored Rewards solutions addressing specific regional requirements while maintaining compliance with SOX standards.
- Design and implement comprehensive global process standardisation initiatives to optimise efficiency and improve employee experience.
- Provide ongoing coaching, guidance, and feedback to Regional My Rewards Leads in MEU and NALA, supporting their development plans aligned with business needs.
What you bring:
To excel as the Global Total Rewards Operations Lead, you will bring extensive experience in developing reward strategies within large-scale international organisations.
- Demonstrated ability to set strategic direction for global rewards operations while respecting cultural diversity across multiple regions.
- Proven track record of collaborating effectively with senior leaders in HR or People Services functions to develop integrated strategies.
- Experience in managing complex shared services operations with a focus on seamless end-to-end delivery.
- Strong analytical skills for interpreting KPIs, metrics, and qualitative insights to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Expertise in designing process frameworks for compensation and benefits decoupling tailored to specific regional requirements.
- Ability to deliver SOX-compliant services within rewards operations while maintaining high standards of quality.
- Excellent interpersonal skills for building partnerships with regional leads and fostering alignment on key agendas.
- Experience providing coaching, feedback, and development planning for team members at various levels within an organisation.
- Knowledge of digital trends in HR operations with a proven ability to embed digital excellence into rewards strategies.
