Our client is seeking a seasoned Head of Human Resources who thrives in a corporate and traditional environment. This role is perfect for a HR generalist with a background in banking or financial services, who has been involved in change programmes and knows how to build strong relationships with employees. The successful candidate will be sociable, able to carry themselves professionally, and comfortable working 100% on-site in the Metro.

What you'll do:

As the Head of Human Resources, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our client's organisation. You will manage all aspects of human resources, from talent acquisition to employee relations. Your understanding of the business and industry landscape will enable you to provide valuable advice to stakeholders, helping to increase productivity and foster a culture of collaboration. Your influence will extend to senior leadership, where your strategic thinking will help shape key decisions. Additionally, your experience in aiding business transformation will be invaluable as our client continues to evolve.

  • Manage the entire HR spectrum, including talent acquisition, talent management, compensation & benefit, employee relations, etc.
  • Continuously provide support for improvement and ensure best strategic practices are applied
  • Understand the business and competitive landscape of the industry
  • Provide advisory to relevant stakeholders with the aim to increase productivity and foster a culture of collaboration
  • Work closely with senior leadership to influence strategic decisions
