Head, Human Resources Business Partner

- Serve as the primary point of contact for designated business units, providing comprehensive generalist HR support and guidance across all levels of the organisation.
- Assist in building and implementing talent strategies that enhance managerial capability and drive organisational effectiveness.
- Analyse business unit strategies and use data-driven insights to diagnose current needs, identify trends, and set appropriate approaches for managers.
- Lead or oversee strategic HR projects with a focus on diversity, equity, inclusion, onboarding programmes, year-end cycles, goal setting initiatives, engagement surveys, development planning, and change management.
- Measure the success of HR plans by identifying areas for improvement in methods, processes, and thinking to ensure continuous enhancement.
- Consult with Talent Acquisition teams on recruitment needs for approved positions while managing associate onboarding, new hire learning journeys, development pathways, talent management processes, and associate relations.
- Drive positive employee relations by fostering open communication channels and balancing advocacy for associates with consultative support for managers on performance management matters.
- Provide operational HR support in performance management, career planning, resource allocation, development initiatives, and talent management to drive engagement within client groups.
- Manage end-to-end HR projects including policy revisions, implementation of company procedures, process execution excellence, people cost budgeting and forecast planning.
- Coach employees, managers, and leaders on routine to moderately complex employee relations issues while offering conflict resolution guidance and supporting core HR practices such as compensation administration.
