Save job

A leading healthcare organisation is seeking a Human Resources Business Partner to serve as the primary HR partner for an assigned cluster of clinics. This role offers you the opportunity to make a meaningful impact by connecting clinic operations with the corporate HR team, ensuring that both employee experience and business performance are supported through practical HR solutions.

What you'll do:

As a Human Resources Business Partner, you will be entrusted with building strong connections between clinic managers and central HR teams. Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve acting as the go-to resource for all HR matters within your assigned cluster of clinics.

  • Partner with clinic and cluster managers to align workforce planning, staffing needs, retention strategies, and people-related business priorities with organisational goals.
  • Serve as the first point of contact for employees and managers regarding HR concerns, resolving routine matters efficiently and escalating complex cases when necessary.
  • Coordinate closely with Talent Acquisition teams on local hiring requirements, interviews, onboarding processes, and hard-to-fill positions to ensure timely recruitment.
  • Support payroll administration, attendance tracking, timekeeping systems, benefits management, and compensation-related queries while maintaining accurate HR data records.
  • Manage first-line employee relations cases by conducting exit interviews and supporting employee engagement initiatives such as recognition programmes.
  • Assist in implementing training programmes across assigned clinics, monitor compliance with regulatory requirements, and facilitate the performance management cycle.
  • Monitor adherence to DOLE, DOH, and applicable labour regulations; maintain comprehensive HR records and provide regular metrics and recommendations to senior HR leadership.
  • Conduct regular site visits within the assigned clinic cluster to deliver hands-on HR support tailored to each location’s unique needs.
  • Collaborate effectively with corporate teams to translate HR insights into actionable solutions that enhance both employee satisfaction and operational efficiency.
  • Provide guidance on HRIS platforms usage and standard reporting tools to ensure consistent data management across all clinics.

What you bring:

The ideal candidate for the Human Resources Business Partner role brings proven experience across several core areas of human resources including recruitment coordination, compensation administration, employee relations management, learning facilitation and compliance monitoring.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration or a related field is required for this role.
  • At least five years of progressive experience as an HR generalist covering recruitment, talent acquisition, compensation support, employee relations, learning development, performance management and compliance.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in managing HR functions within healthcare, clinic, retail or hospitality environments or other multi-site service settings is highly preferred.
  • Working knowledge of Philippine labour laws including DOLE regulations and applicable wage orders is essential for ensuring compliance.
  • Strong interpersonal skills are vital for building trustful relationships with stakeholders at all levels of the organisation.
  • Ability to analyse HR data effectively and translate findings into actionable business recommendations that support both employee experience and operational goals.
  • Excellent communication skills are required for stakeholder management as well as influencing outcomes in collaborative settings.
  • Proficiency in using HRIS platforms along with standard reporting tools ensures efficient data handling across multiple locations.
  • Strong organisational skills coupled with meticulous attention to detail enable successful management of competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willingness to travel regularly within the assigned clinic cluster—including periodic air travel—demonstrates commitment to providing field support.
