As a Human Resources Business Partner, you will immerse yourself in every aspect of the employee lifecycle—partnering with business leaders to shape strategic plans that drive both individual growth and organisational success.

• Contribute to the creation and execution of strategic people and performance plans that are fully aligned with broader company objectives, collaborating closely with regional HR teams.
• Develop operational frameworks based on strategic plans and ensure their effective implementation through partnership with local and regional stakeholders.
• Manage, review, and propose new HR policies and procedures that reflect organisational values while meeting legal requirements and supporting business needs.
• Provide expert consultation and guidance to managers on complex HR matters, offering practical solutions tailored to unique situations within the Philippine entity.
• Act as the primary point of contact for all people management issues, supporting the management team with timely advice and hands-on assistance.
• Oversee end-to-end recruitment processes including sourcing, interviewing, onboarding, and workforce planning in close cooperation with hiring managers.
• Drive the adoption of group-wide HR initiatives such as talent acquisition models, succession planning tools, and performance development frameworks.
• Ensure accurate maintenance of personal data records in the Workday system, overseeing updates related to hires, separations, organisational changes, benefits enrolment, and more.
• Lead efforts in employee engagement by recommending strategies that foster collaboration, recognise achievements, retain top talent, and build a cohesive team culture.
