Senior People Analytics

Save job

A leading organisation in Taguig is seeking a Senior People Analytics Specialist who combines a passion for human resources with a talent for data analysis. This unique opportunity allows you to make a meaningful impact by supporting both the people and analytical sides of HR, blending employee engagement, policy implementation, and performance management with advanced data insights using Python and Power BI.

What you'll do:

As a Senior People Analytics Specialist based in Taguig, you will play an integral role at the intersection of human resources operations and advanced analytics. Your day-to-day responsibilities will see you collaborating closely with colleagues across various teams to ensure seamless delivery of core HR services while also driving forward innovative people analytics projects. You will be trusted to manage sensitive employee matters with care, coordinate impactful engagement initiatives, and maintain compliance standards. Simultaneously, your analytical acumen will be put to use as you design compelling dashboards in Power BI, automate reporting processes using Python, and distil complex datasets into practical insights for senior stakeholders. Success in this position means not only excelling at traditional HR tasks but also elevating the function through thoughtful analysis—helping shape a more connected, responsive, and inclusive workplace.

  • Serve as a dependable point of contact for employees and managers on all HR-related matters, providing guidance and support with empathy and professionalism.
  • Support recruitment processes, onboarding activities, employee relations initiatives, performance management cycles, and training programmes to foster a positive workplace experience.
  • Assist in the implementation and clear communication of HR policies and procedures, ensuring all staff understand expectations and available resources.
  • Coordinate engaging employee activities and surveys designed to enhance morale, gather feedback, and strengthen team connections across departments.
  • Ensure compliance with local labour laws as well as internal policies by maintaining accurate records and staying up-to-date on regulatory changes.
  • Analyse HR data to support key initiatives related to retention, performance management, diversity, equity & inclusion (DEI), and overall employee engagement.
  • Build insightful reports and interactive dashboards in Power BI that empower HR leadership to make informed decisions based on real-time data.
  • Utilise Python for automating routine reports, cleaning complex HR datasets, and conducting basic statistical analyses that reveal actionable trends.
  • Translate intricate data findings into clear recommendations for HR leaders, helping them understand the story behind the numbers.
  • Contribute to the ongoing evolution of data-driven HR practices by championing evidence-based approaches throughout the department.

What you bring:

To excel as a Senior People Analytics Specialist in this role, you will bring proven experience across both generalist human resources functions and hands-on analytics work. Your background should include supporting end-to-end HR processes—such as recruitment assistance, onboarding new hires smoothly into their roles, managing employee relations issues with sensitivity, facilitating performance reviews constructively, coordinating training sessions effectively, and communicating policies transparently. In addition to these foundational skills, your comfort with technology sets you apart: you are adept at building dashboards in Power BI that translate raw data into actionable business intelligence; you have used Python scripts for automating repetitive reporting tasks or performing statistical analyses; and you are confident presenting your findings persuasively to diverse audiences. Your approach is always considerate—you listen actively when gathering requirements from stakeholders or responding to employee concerns—and your commitment to accuracy ensures reliable outcomes. A bachelor’s degree provides the academic grounding needed for this multifaceted position. Familiarity with local employment regulations further enhances your ability to contribute meaningfully from day one.

  • Demonstrated experience in general human resources functions such as recruitment support, employee relations management, performance review facilitation, onboarding coordination, and policy communication.
  • Proficiency in Power BI for creating visually engaging dashboards and comprehensive reports tailored for different audiences within the organisation.
  • Working knowledge of Python programming specifically applied to HR data analysis tasks such as automation or statistical evaluation.
  • Excellent communication abilities enabling you to present complex information clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders while fostering understanding across teams.
  • Strong organisational skills that allow you to manage multiple priorities simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail in all aspects of your work.
  • Comfortable handling large datasets with accuracy; able to extract meaningful patterns that inform strategic decisions within HR leadership circles.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Psychology, Business Administration or any related field relevant to people operations or analytics.
  • Experience presenting findings from data analysis projects directly to stakeholders or leadership groups within an organisation.
  • Familiarity with local labour laws as well as best practices around compliance standards within the Philippines context is highly valued.
