As a Human Resources Generalist in this dynamic fintech environment, you will play a pivotal role in supporting day-to-day HR operations. Your responsibilities will span recruitment coordination, onboarding processes, payroll administration, benefits management, employee relations support, policy implementation, reporting tasks, and more. You will work closely with both internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless HR service delivery.

  • Coordinate end-to-end recruitment processes including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and pre-employment requirements to ensure timely hiring of top talent.
  • Manage employee onboarding and offboarding activities, maintaining accurate personnel records and handling all HR documentation with care and confidentiality.
  • Collaborate closely with Finance and external providers to oversee payroll processing, attendance tracking, leave management, benefits administration, and statutory compliance.
  • Support employee relations by addressing concerns, assisting with performance matters, facilitating disciplinary procedures, and promoting a positive workplace culture.
  • Organise performance evaluations, training sessions, and employee development initiatives that foster growth leadership within the organisation.
  • Maintain and implement HR policies, procedures, forms, and trackers to ensure consistency and compliance across all HR operations.
  • Prepare basic HR reports and workforce updates for management to inform decision-making and highlight key trends within the workforce.
  • Safeguard confidential employee information by ensuring proper handling of sensitive records in accordance with best practices.
  • Assist management in improving HR processes as the company continues to grow by providing feedback and supporting change initiatives.
  • Perform other HR-related functions as assigned to contribute to the overall success of the department.
