HR Manager

A leading organisation in San Simon, Pampanga is seeking a well-rounded Human Resources Manager to champion the human resources function and drive impactful people strategies. What you'll do:

As a Human Resources Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of the organisation’s workforce. Your daily responsibilities will involve:

• Lead end-to-end recruitment activities across all levels of the organisation by developing sourcing strategies that attract high-calibre talent and build sustainable pipelines.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce requirements and ensure timely hiring while driving employer branding and candidate experience initiatives.
• Act as a trusted advisor to business leaders on people-related matters by supporting organisational design, workforce planning, succession planning, and employee engagement.
• Provide guidance on employee relations, performance management, and talent development while aligning HR strategies with business objectives.
• Oversee day-to-day HR operations ensuring compliance with company policies and local labour regulations by reviewing, developing, and continuously improving HR policies, processes, and systems.
• Manage onboarding, offboarding, employee records, and HR documentation to ensure efficient delivery of HR services throughout the employee lifecycle.
• Administer compensation and benefits programmes by supporting salary benchmarking, annual reviews, benefits administration, and recommending rewards programmes for attracting top talent.
• Support learning and development initiatives aimed at enhancing employee capabilities while driving engagement and retention programmes.
• Foster a positive performance-driven culture aligned with company values through active involvement in organisational development activities.
• Collaborate closely with stakeholders across departments to ensure seamless implementation of HR initiatives that contribute to overall business success.

What you bring:

Your proven experience as a Human Resources Manager will be instrumental in delivering results across all facets of the role.

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or related field such as Psychology or Business Administration is required for this position.
• Minimum of 3-5 years’ progressive experience in an HR generalist or management capacity within industrial sectors like packaging or manufacturing is highly preferred.
• Proven track record across Talent Acquisition including sourcing strategies for high-quality candidates at all levels of an organisation.
• Demonstrated ability in HR Business Partnering by advising leaders on workforce planning, succession planning, employee engagement initiatives.
• Comprehensive experience managing day-to-day HR Operations including policy review/development; compliance; onboarding/offboarding; documentation.
• Expertise administering Compensation & Benefits programmes including salary benchmarking; annual reviews; benefits administration; reward recommendations.
• Ability to work independently while managing multiple functions hands-on with resourcefulness and enthusiasm for execution-focused tasks.
• Strong stakeholder management skills combined with excellent communication abilities for influencing outcomes collaboratively across departments.
• Experience building/implementing/improving HR processes/programmes tailored to organisational needs is essential for success in this role.
• Industry experience within packaging/plastics/manufacturing or similar sectors is considered highly advantageous.
