Senior Reporting Analyst

You’ll make sure we can give accurate and insightful Management Information to our client and account management team. Responsibilities:

• Help run and maintain an extensive suite of Power BI & Excel Dashboards.
• Help to ensure high levels of data integrity.
• Working with the RWO Data Management Team and the wider Robert Walters Technology Teams to ensure the data Acquisition for Reporting is fit for purpose.
• Work with a variety of tools to move and convert data into usable formats.
• Assist on consolidating the data into reportable data sets
• Help create monitoring and ‘early warning’ reporting across the data flow process to help highlight data issues.
• Partnering with key stakeholders to ensure data trends and quality are at the forefront of their decision making.

Skills:

• Strong stakeholder management, with a confident and professional attitude.
• Highly Proficient with Microsoft Fabric Power BI
• Highly proficient with other Microsoft Office programmes, particularly Advanced Excel.
• Strong problem solving and organisational skills, having the ability to work with multiple conflicting deadlines.
• Ability to challenge existing processes and identify opportunities for continuous improvement, automation and increased efficiency
• Able to work independently and take ownership of deliverables
• Understanding of the recruitment process, SLA & KPI reporting.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.

Experience:

• Solid experience working in a data/analytics role, ideally in the recruitment industry
