Sourcing Manager

The Sourcing Manager will be responsible for leading a team and driving high-volume hiring efforts through effective sourcing strategies and talent pipeline development. This role focuses on team performance and the timely delivery of qualified candidates to meet recruitment goals.

• Lead, coach, and manage a team to achieve hiring and talent pipeline objectives.
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies to attract qualified candidates across multiple hiring requirements.
• Drive high-volume sourcing initiatives while ensuring quality, efficiency, and timely delivery of candidates.
• Monitor team performance, track sourcing metrics, and implement improvements to maximize results.
• Partner with stakeholders to understand workforce needs and maintain a strong, proactive talent pipeline.
