About the Role:

As a Longlister, you will be responsible for identifying and sourcing potential candidates on job boards and databases to support our global recruitment efforts. You will work closely with the sourcing team to build targeted talent pools and support the direct hiring process by providing high-quality longlists of suitable candidates. A key part of this role will involve managing advert responses and shortlisting candidates based on pre-agreed criteria. Your focus will be on building functional talent pools aligned with the skills and sectors commonly recruited by our clients

Responsibilities:

Advertising and Response Management

  • Create and post job adverts for live roles or talent pool building on job boards and internal platforms.
  • Monitor advert responses and screen applicants based on pre-agreed criteria.
  • Conduct initial CV screening to assess candidates’ suitability for the role or talent pool.

Longlisting

  • Build and maintain longlists of high-quality candidates aligned with the agreed job specification or talent pool which is being built.
  • Ensure longlists meet diversity and inclusion targets where applicable.
  • Present longlists to the Global Sourcing Team with relevant commentary on candidate suitability.

Talent Pooling

  • Populate and maintain client-specific or generic talent pools, depending on the assigned process.
  • Ensure that candidates are accurately categorised within the appropriate talent pool.

Data and Reporting

  • Provide market insights and recommendations based on sourcing trends and candidate feedback.
  • Create and maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidate activity within the system.


Collaboration

  • Partner with the sourcing team to understand role requirements and client needs.
  • Act as a key contact for internal teams, providing insights on talent availability and market trends.

Who you are:

  • Strong experience in candidate sourcing using LinkedIn, job boards, and internal databases.
  • Proven track record of delivering high-quality longlists within tight deadlines.
  • Experience managing advert responses and shortlisting candidates.
  • Excellent research and analytical skills, with the ability to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
