A leading organisation is seeking a Recruitment Partner to join their team in Makati City, supporting the Sales Market Philippines, and Vietnam. This role offers you the opportunity to make a meaningful impact by guiding hiring managers and store managers through every stage of recruitment, ensuring candidates experience a seamless journey from sourcing to onboarding.

What you'll do:

As a Recruitment Partner, you will be entrusted with managing the entire recruitment lifecycle for roles spanning across Philippines, and Vietnam. Your day-to-day responsibilities involve acting as a dependable advisor to hiring managers and store managers—guiding them through expectation alignment, interview preparation, and decision-making. By collaborating with People teams and business functions, you will help implement process changes that enhance efficiency.

  • Manage the full life cycle of assigned roles across the Southeast Asia Sales Market, ensuring expertise and quality at every stage from sourcing to offer and onboarding handover.
  • Serve as a trusted partner and advisor to hiring managers and store managers by aligning expectations and maintaining effective communication throughout the recruitment process.
  • Build proactive talent attraction strategies and develop robust pipelines for key positions, pitching opportunities using functional Employee Value Proposition (EVP).
  • Enable seamless collaboration between People Lifecycle teams, People Specialist Partnering groups, and Business Functions to execute process changes efficiently.
  • Support the integration of new hires by ensuring smooth transitions from offer acceptance through onboarding handover.

What you bring:

The ideal Recruitment Partner brings proven expertise in full-cycle recruitment or talent acquisition within fast-paced environments.

  • Degree in Human Resources, Business or related field is required for this position as it provides foundational knowledge essential for success.
  • Proven experience in full-cycle recruitment or talent acquisition demonstrates your ability to manage all stages of hiring effectively.
  • Proficiency in sourcing tools, recruitment systems, and data-driven approaches enables you to attract top talent efficiently.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills allow you to build trust with hiring managers and facilitate collaborative decision-making.
  • Excellent communication abilities are vital for negotiating offers and maintaining clear dialogue throughout the recruitment process.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities within a collaborative environment ensures you can respond flexibly to changing needs across markets.
  • Familiarity with monitoring recruitment KPIs helps connect operational activities with strategic objectives for continuous improvement.
