Talent Acquisition Manager
A leading organisation is seeking a highly experienced Talent Acquisition Manager to drive its recruitment and hiring function, ensuring the attraction and selection of exceptional talent to support ongoing growth. What you'll do:
As Talent Acquisition Manager, you will play a central role in shaping the organisation’s workforce by translating business requirements into actionable talent acquisition strategies. Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve collaborating with senior leaders to anticipate staffing needs; designing innovative sourcing campaigns; overseeing interview processes; coordinating onboarding activities; nurturing your team’s professional growth; managing vendor relationships; ensuring compliance with legal standards; leveraging technology for reporting; and continuously refining recruitment practices.
- Partner closely with the Human Capital Management Head and Department Heads to forecast manpower needs and develop recruitment strategies that align with organisational goals.
- Lead multi-channel sourcing initiatives designed to attract high-quality talent across various platforms while strengthening the company’s employer brand.
- Oversee the entire recruitment process including sourcing, interviews, selection, pre-employment requirements, and onboarding coordination to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.
- Build and maintain robust talent pipelines for current and future workforce needs, focusing on hard-to-fill roles as well as managerial positions.
- Coach, mentor, and develop the Talent Acquisition Officer and Specialist team members to achieve recruitment targets while promoting a collaborative environment.
- Serve as the primary recruitment partner for Department Heads, candidates, and other stakeholders by managing expectations and resolving escalations effectively.
- Manage relationships with recruitment agencies, executive search firms, job platforms, and oversee recruitment expenses within the approved budget.
- Ensure all recruitment practices comply with Philippine labour laws, data privacy requirements, and internal company policies while maintaining accurate records.
- Utilise Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), HRIS platforms, and analytics tools to monitor recruitment metrics and generate insightful reports.
- Continuously review recruitment best practices to enhance processes and improve candidate experience.
What you bring:
To excel as Talent Acquisition Manager, you will bring proven experience in leading end-to-end recruitment functions within fast-growing organisations.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Administration or related field is required for this position.
- HR certification such as SHRM or other recognised practitioner credentials is considered an advantage but not mandatory.
- At least five years of progressive experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment demonstrates your ability to handle complex hiring needs.
- Minimum two years of supervisory or managerial experience leading a recruitment team ensures you can guide others effectively.
- Experience in high-volume recruitment as well as hard-to-fill or managerial-level hiring is highly valued for this role.
- Working knowledge of Philippine labour laws and the Data Privacy Act is essential for compliance purposes.
- Strong understanding of recruitment best practices combined with expertise in talent acquisition strategies enables you to deliver results.
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), HRIS platforms, and analytics/reporting tools supports efficient process management.
- Excellent leadership skills paired with people management capabilities allow you to nurture your team’s development.
- Outstanding stakeholder management abilities coupled with clear communication skills help you build trust across departments.
- Advanced sourcing techniques along with interviewing proficiency ensure thorough candidate assessment.
