  • Build and maintain robust pipelines of pre-qualified candidates by engaging with both former applicants and new prospects within your area of responsibility.
  • Conduct regular check-ins with active candidates and hiring managers throughout the recruitment lifecycle to ensure clear communication and a seamless experience for all parties involved.
  • Participate in strategic planning meetings with leadership teams to develop proactive recruitment strategies that address upcoming business needs.

  • Maintain accurate records within recruitment systems by documenting key actions, recommending process enhancements, and ensuring data integrity for reporting purposes.

What you bring:

  • At least five years’ experience as a recruiter within agency or corporate settings focused on high-volume hiring environments where adaptability is essential.
  • Demonstrated history of delivering exceptional customer experiences throughout the recruitment process by being responsive, empathetic, and attentive to individual needs.
  • Proven expertise in developing holistic recruiting strategies encompassing proactive sourcing methods, internal mobility programmes, diversity initiatives, and employer branding activities.
  • Strong analytical skills enabling you to interpret data effectively for informed decision-making around talent acquisition planning and performance measurement.
  • Excellent interpersonal abilities allowing you to build trust-based relationships with business leaders at all levels while facilitating open communication channels.
  • Experience collaborating within cross-functional teams where knowledge sharing supports collective goals in talent attraction and retention.
  • Familiarity with utilising applicant tracking systems (ATS) or similar platforms for managing workflows efficiently while maintaining data accuracy for compliance purposes.
  • Ability to conduct strategic planning sessions with senior stakeholders aimed at aligning recruitment activities with broader organisational objectives.
