The Human Resources Business Partner will be at the forefront building and nurturing a high-performance technical workforce through hands-on HR leadership and close collaboration with senior management.
What you'll do:
As a Human Resources Business Partner, you will be As a Human Resources Business Partner for Operations, you will immerse yourself in every aspect of the employee lifecycle, from attracting exceptional talent to nurturing their growth within the organisation. Your day-to-day activities will involve partnering with senior leaders to understand business goals and translating them into effective people strategies. You will be instrumental in driving recruitment campaigns for technical roles while also overseeing workforce planning to ensure teams are equipped for success. By managing performance cycles thoughtfully and designing engaging learning opportunities, you will empower individuals at every level. Your ability to interpret people analytics will provide valuable insights that shape organisational priorities. In this role, you will also collaborate with Corporate Services on essential HR operations such as payroll and benefits administration. With your commitment to fostering an inclusive culture in a hybrid work environment, you will help create meaningful connections among employees spread across different locations. Ultimately, your proactive approach will enable you to identify opportunities for process improvement while supporting the company’s growth trajectory.
- Lead end-to-end recruitment efforts to attract, source, and hire top technical and operational talent, ensuring a robust pipeline that meets current and future business needs.
- Oversee comprehensive workforce planning by monitoring team capacity, managing resource allocation, and collaborating with managers to ensure optimal staffing levels across all functions.
- Manage the full performance management cycle including goal setting, regular feedback sessions, check-ins, and formal reviews while providing guidance to managers supporting technical specialists.
- Design and implement employee engagement programmes that foster collaboration, motivation, and a sense of belonging within hybrid teams spanning two offices and fully remote staff.
- Coordinate learning and development initiatives focused on technical upskilling, peer learning opportunities, and career progression tailored to developers, data engineers, and other specialist roles.
- Provide actionable people analytics and workforce insights to inform leadership decisions regarding hiring strategies, team structures, and organisational priorities.
- Collaborate closely with Corporate Services on payroll administration, benefits management, and HR compliance matters to ensure seamless support for all employees.
- Act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders by aligning people strategies with operational objectives in a fast-evolving environment.
- Champion diversity, inclusion, and well-being initiatives that contribute to a positive workplace culture for all employees regardless of location.
- Support the ongoing evolution of HR processes by identifying areas for improvement and implementing best practices that enhance efficiency and employee satisfaction.

- Extensive experience as an HR Business Partner or Senior Manager in human resources within technology-driven or high-growth environments such as tech firms or BPOs.
- Proven track record in leading recruitment efforts for technical positions including sourcing strategies, selection processes, and onboarding best practices.
- Strong background in designing and executing performance management frameworks that support individual contributors as well as technical specialists.
- Demonstrated ability to develop impactful employee engagement programmes tailored for hybrid teams operating across multiple locations.
- Expertise in coordinating learning and development initiatives focused on technical upskilling, peer mentoring, and career advancement pathways.
- Hands-on approach with adaptability to thrive in fast-changing environments requiring practical solutions aligned with business needs.
- Comfortable working collaboratively with senior leadership teams as well as technical professionals such as developers or data engineers.
- Experience providing actionable people analytics reports that guide strategic decision-making at the leadership level.
- Interest in building out an HR team over time as organisational needs evolve during periods of growth or transition.
