This pivotal role offers you the opportunity to shape the future of talent management and learning & development, ensuring that every individual is empowered to thrive and contribute meaningfully to business success.

What you'll do:

As Talent Management Principal based in Makati, you will play an instrumental role in advancing the organisation’s people agenda by orchestrating a wide range of talent management activities. Your day-to-day responsibilities will see you collaborating closely with senior leaders to refine performance management systems that nurture continuous feedback and growth. You will facilitate succession planning discussions that ensure critical roles are always supported by well-prepared internal pipelines. By developing frameworks for high-potential identification and leveraging data-driven insights from talent analytics, you will help shape strategic workforce decisions. In parallel, your stewardship over learning & development programmes will empower employees at every level—designing impactful training experiences that close skills gaps while promoting leadership capability. Your ability to manage complex projects from conception through evaluation will be essential as you coordinate resources, engage stakeholders, communicate effectively across functions, and measure outcomes against clearly defined goals. Success in this role means creating an environment where every team member feels valued for their contributions while being equipped with the tools they need for personal advancement.

  • Lead the design, implementation, and ongoing enhancement of comprehensive performance management processes including goal setting, feedback cycles, and review mechanisms across the organisation.
  • Collaborate with business leaders and HR Business Partners to drive effective succession planning efforts, talent reviews, and readiness pipelines for critical roles within various departments.
  • Facilitate and manage talent calibration sessions across multiple business units to ensure fair assessment and alignment of high-potential employees’ development plans.
  • Develop robust frameworks for identifying, assessing, and tracking high-potential individuals while supporting their tailored growth journeys through targeted development plans.
  • Leverage talent data and analytics to inform strategic decision-making processes related to workforce planning and organisational capability building.
  • Design and oversee the execution of learning & development initiatives that align with business objectives while supporting employee growth at all career stages.
  • Manage end-to-end delivery of training programmes—whether in-person, virtual or hybrid—including vendor selection, project oversight, logistics coordination, and evaluation of impact.
  • Partner with subject matter experts and HRBPs to identify skills gaps across teams and develop bespoke learning solutions that address evolving needs.
  • Maintain the learning calendar while ensuring clear communication about programme offerings; drive learner engagement through thoughtful strategies that encourage participation.
  • Track, measure, and report on programme effectiveness using defined metrics to demonstrate value delivered to both employees and the wider organisation.

What you bring:

To excel as Talent Management Principal in this forward-thinking organisation based in Makati, you will bring substantial experience gained from progressively responsible roles within human resources—particularly those focused on talent management systems and learning & development strategies. Your academic background should include relevant qualifications such as a bachelor’s or master’s degree in HR or related disciplines. You have demonstrated your ability to design robust frameworks for performance reviews as well as succession pipelines that support long-term organisational health. Your comfort with data-driven approaches allows you to translate analytics into actionable insights that guide workforce planning decisions. Interpersonal sensitivity is one of your hallmarks; you are adept at building trusting relationships with stakeholders at all levels while facilitating meaningful conversations around employee growth. Your project management acumen ensures timely delivery of complex initiatives without compromising quality or learner engagement. Familiarity with digital HR tools enhances your efficiency when administering programmes or tracking outcomes. Above all else, your passion for nurturing others’ potential shines through—making you an invaluable partner in cultivating an inclusive workplace where everyone can flourish.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Organisational Development or a related field is required; a Master’s degree is preferred for those seeking advanced responsibility.
  • At least 10 years of progressive experience in human resources with significant exposure to both talent management practices and learning & development initiatives.
  • Demonstrated track record in designing and implementing performance management frameworks as well as succession planning strategies within large organisations.
  • Extensive experience managing enterprise-level learning programmes including leadership development interventions tailored for diverse audiences.
  • Proficiency in interpreting talent analytics data to influence strategic decisions around workforce planning and capability building.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management abilities complemented by strong facilitation skills that foster collaboration among cross-functional teams.
