This role is responsible for ensuring that Total Rewards programs are effectively implemented, administered, and aligned with both enterprise frameworks and the specific needs of the assigned entity. The role combines strategic advisory with strong operational execution, enabling competitive, compliant, and data-driven reward decisions.

  • Develop, implement, and manage compensation programmes including salary benchmarking, job evaluations, and annual review cycles to ensure competitiveness within the market.
  • Administer employee benefits programmes by partnering with external vendors and internal stakeholders to deliver seamless services.
  • Conduct thorough market analysis and provide insights that inform pay decisions, supporting both recruitment efforts and retention strategies.
  • Ensure full compliance with all relevant compensation and benefits regulations by staying up-to-date with legislative changes and industry standards.
  • Work collaboratively with HR colleagues and business leaders on total rewards initiatives that align with organisational objectives.
  • Prepare detailed reports and analytics related to compensation structures, benefits utilisation, and programme effectiveness for senior management review.
  • Support employee communications regarding total rewards policies by providing clear information and guidance as needed.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of total rewards processes by identifying opportunities for efficiency gains or enhanced employee experience.
  • Participate in cross-functional projects related to HR systems upgrades or new benefit offerings as required.
