An exciting opportunity has arisen for a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager in the field of Wound Care and Medical Devices. This role offers the chance to work within a dynamic environment, where your skills and expertise will be utilised to drive sales and ensure business growth. What you'll do:
As a Sales Manager in the field of Wound Care and Medical Devices, you will play a pivotal role in driving the success of our business. Your primary responsibility will be to develop and implement effective sales strategies, leading a team of dedicated professionals towards achieving ambitious sales targets. You will establish productive relationships with key personnel in assigned customer accounts, negotiate agreements with large customers, and monitor performance metrics to suggest improvements. Additionally, you will prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual sales forecasts.
What you bring:
The ideal candidate for this Sales Manager position is someone who brings proven experience in a similar senior sales role within the medical devices industry. Your ability to lead and motivate a high-performance sales team will be crucial in this role. You should possess strong organisational skills, excellent communication abilities, and an innate problem-solving attitude. Strong negotiation skills are also essential for this role. Availability for travel as needed is required.
