What you'll do:

- Lead the development and execution of the foundation's mission and long-term strategy

- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Non-profit Management, Business Administration, Social Sciences)
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in a leadership role within the non-profit sector

- Strong knowledge of governance, legal compliance, nonprofit regulations
- Experience in managing a team fostering collaborative work culture
