  • Comprehensive understanding of quality assurance processes along with up-to-date knowledge of regulatory compliance requirements within the optical or pharmaceutical sectors.
  • Technical proficiency in operating laboratory equipment used in optical manufacturing as well as familiarity with maintenance procedures for such tools.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills enabling clear interaction with staff members at all levels as well as external stakeholders such as suppliers or auditors.
  • Strong analytical abilities paired with effective problem-solving skills that allow you to address operational challenges thoughtfully and efficiently.
  • Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining meticulous attention to detail across reporting duties and documentation tasks.
  • Knowledge of ISO standards, FDA regulations or other relevant certifications is advantageous; additional qualifications in quality management systems such as Six Sigma or Lean Manufacturing would be beneficial.
