  • Develop and regularly update contract templates as well as standard operating procedures and tools that streamline contract management processes.

  • Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of contracts including sales agreements, vendor contracts, non-disclosure agreements, and service arrangements with careful attention to detail.

  • Ensure all contracts adhere strictly to company policies, relevant legal requirements, and industry standards while revising documents as necessary for full compliance.

  • Keep an updated contract tracker that provides clear communication to stakeholders regarding the status of all active contracts under management.

  • Monitor ongoing contract compliance and performance metrics while enforcing terms as required to protect organisational interests.

  • Oversee the entire contract lifecycle from initiation through execution, performance monitoring, renewal or termination while ensuring smooth transitions at each stage.

  • Prepare and maintain an up-to-date inventory of all company contracts and agreements so that documentation is always accurate, securely stored, and easily accessible when needed.

  • Stay informed about evolving contract law, regulatory changes, and industry best practices so that all processes remain current.
