What you'll do:

As an Affiliate Marketing Executive, you will be at the heart of driving growth through strategic partnership management, campaign optimisation, and cross-functional collaboration. Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve building strong connections with affiliates, leveraging data analytics to inform decisions, and ensuring that every initiative supports the overarching goals of the brand. You will work closely with colleagues across marketing disciplines to deliver integrated campaigns that resonate with target audiences while maintaining high standards of communication quality.   • Recruit, onboard, and nurture relationships with affiliate partners to expand the network and drive increased sales across multiple channels.

  • Support the development of a consistent brand narrative by staying informed about the skincare market landscape and competitor activities.
  • Align affiliate marketing initiatives with broader brand messaging to ensure consistency across all touchpoints.
  • Collaborate with internal teams on integrated marketing campaigns while coordinating public relations activities to boost overall brand visibility.
  • Ensure all communications—both affiliate-related and PR—adhere strictly to established brand guidelines for quality and consistency.

  • Utilise analytics tools to monitor both affiliate programme success and wider marketing performance, preparing detailed reports with actionable recommendations for continuous improvement.

To excel as an Affiliate Marketing Executive, you will bring proven experience from roles focused on partnership management within digital or performance marketing settings. Your background should include hands-on involvement with affiliate networks—ideally within the beauty or skincare sector—where you have demonstrated your ability to analyse campaign data effectively. Your interpersonal skills will enable you to foster positive relationships both internally among colleagues and externally with partners. A keen eye for detail paired with strong organisational habits ensures that projects run smoothly even when juggling competing deadlines. Your adaptability allows you to respond constructively to evolving business needs while always keeping broader strategic objectives in mind. Above all else, your commitment to collaboration makes you an invaluable member of any team striving towards shared success.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communication Arts, Advertising or any related field is required for this position.
  • A minimum of 1 to 3 years’ experience in brand or affiliate marketing or a closely related discipline is essential for success.
  • Previous exposure to the beauty, skincare or personal care industry is highly preferred as it provides valuable market insight.
  • Demonstrated expertise in using affiliate marketing platforms, tracking systems, and performance optimisation tools is necessary.
  • Familiarity with Lazada, Shopee, and TikTok affiliate programmes will be advantageous for managing diverse campaigns effectively.
  • Strong analytical skills are needed to interpret data accurately and translate metrics into actionable strategies for improvement.
  • Experience coordinating public relations activities alongside digital marketing campaigns is beneficial for holistic brand support.
  • Excellent communication abilities are vital for building lasting relationships with affiliates and media contacts alike.
  • A detail-oriented approach combined with high organisational skills ensures smooth handling of multiple priorities simultaneously.
