Senior Brand Manager
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Brand Manager to join a well-established Food & Beverage company with a strong footprint in the Philippine market. This position offers the chance to lead end-to-end brand management, drive innovation, and deliver impactful campaigns for a portfolio of established consumer brands.
What you'll do:
As a Brand Manager, you will play a key role in driving brand growth and strengthening market leadership across a portfolio of established consumer brands. You will be responsible for developing strategic initiatives, executing impactful campaigns, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver sustainable business results.
- Develop and implement brand strategies, annual plans, and marketing initiatives aligned with business objectives.
- Lead end-to-end campaign execution, product launches, and innovation projects to drive brand equity and commercial performance.
- Analyse consumer insights, market trends, and competitive activities to identify opportunities and recommend growth initiatives.
- Partner closely with Sales, Trade Marketing, Supply Chain, and external agencies to ensure seamless execution across all channels.
- Monitor brand performance, marketing investments, and key business metrics to optimise campaigns and maximise return on investment.
- Manage budgets effectively while ensuring initiatives are delivered on time and within agreed parameters.
What you bring:
To succeed in this role, you will bring a strong background in brand building and consumer marketing, along with a passion for delivering impactful campaigns within a dynamic FMCG environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- At least 5 years of experience in Brand Management, Marketing, or Category roles within FMCG, Food & Beverage, or consumer-focused organisations.
- Proven experience managing brands, developing marketing strategies, and executing successful campaigns and product launches.
- Strong analytical and commercial acumen with the ability to translate insights into actionable recommendations.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with experience working across cross-functional teams.
- Highly organised, adaptable, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
