Join a fast-growing fintech driving the future of auto and motorcycle financing. As a Growth Manager, you'll build partnerships with brands and dealers, lead digital campaigns, and drive financing growth through strategic collaborations and data-driven initiatives.

What you'll do:

As a Growth Manager, you will be instrumental in shaping the future of the Auto & Moto financing marketplace by driving strategic partnerships and executing innovative campaigns. Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve collaborating with industry-leading brands and dealers to create compelling digital initiatives that boost financing volumes. You will serve as the main liaison for promotional activities, ensuring every project runs smoothly from conception through execution. By working closely with internal teams across Product, Marketing, Analytics, and Credit functions, you will transform business goals into actionable campaigns that deliver tangible results. Your analytical approach will help measure effectiveness and optimise strategies for maximum impact. Success in this role requires a blend of relationship-building skills, project management expertise, and a passion for digital growth within the automotive sector.

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive roadmap of partner projects with motorcycle and automotive brands and dealers, focusing on digital platforms such as the marketplace website and social networks.
  • Initiate discussions with potential partners, negotiating campaign mechanics, co-marketing terms, and launch timelines to ensure mutually beneficial outcomes.
  • Design, execute, and monitor promotional campaigns that increase financing volume, sales, and partner engagement across multiple digital channels.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for all promotional activities with your partners, ensuring seamless communication and support throughout each initiative.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, Analytics, and Credit teams to translate business objectives into live campaigns that deliver measurable results.
  • Develop joint media strategies and co-marketing initiatives where partners contribute budget and promotional resources to maximise campaign reach.
  • Analyse campaign performance data rigorously to identify successful tactics and scale them across various partners, categories, and regions.
  • Build enduring relationships with key dealer groups, distributors, and vehicle brands to foster ongoing collaboration and shared success.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously in a dynamic environment while maintaining attention to detail and responsiveness to partner needs.

What you bring:

The ideal Growth Manager brings a wealth of hands-on commercial experience from roles such as partnerships management or business development. Your proven track record includes successfully negotiating co-marketing deals with external partners while driving projects from inception through completion. You possess deep familiarity with digital channels—whether through e-commerce platforms or social media—and can seamlessly translate business objectives into engaging campaigns. Your analytical approach ensures every initiative is measured for effectiveness so that best practices can be scaled across categories. Strong interpersonal skills enable you to build lasting relationships both internally within cross-functional teams and externally among dealer groups or vehicle brands. Experience in automotive ecosystems or marketplaces further strengthens your candidacy by providing valuable industry context. PR or marketing expertise adds another layer of insight when designing impactful campaigns. Above all else, your commitment to collaborative growth leadership makes you an invaluable asset in this supportive environment.

  • At least three years' experience in partnerships, business development, trade marketing, category management, account management or similar hands-on commercial roles where you have personally driven projects end-to-end.
  • Demonstrated ability to build strong partnerships and negotiate commercial or co-marketing initiatives with external stakeholders such as brands, dealers or merchant networks.
  • Comfortable leveraging digital channels including e-commerce platforms and social media to drive growth initiatives effectively.
  • Exceptional project management skills combined with cross-functional coordination abilities; capable of managing multiple projects concurrently in a fast-moving environment.
  • Analytical mindset with proven capability to measure campaign effectiveness using data-driven insights for continuous improvement.
  • Excellent communication skills paired with genuine relationship-building abilities that foster trust among partners.
  • Experience working within automotive or motorcycle ecosystems is highly desirable but not mandatory.
  • Background in e-commerce or marketplace operations would be advantageous for understanding digital growth dynamics.
  • PR or marketing experience involving campaigns, co-marketing activities or brand activations on social platforms is considered beneficial.
  • Familiarity with dealerships, distributors or manufacturers enhances your ability to navigate industry-specific challenges.
