Our client is seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketing Manager to join their team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to develop and execute marketing strategies for multiple brands, manage internal teams and external agencies, and drive e-commerce growth. The successful candidate will have a strong background in FMCG marketing, with expertise in digital marketing, social media strategy, and e-commerce growth.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute marketing strategies and tactical plans to drive growth and market presence
  • Lead and manage the internal marketing team, ensuring alignment with business objectives
  • Oversee and optimize social media presence across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.)
  • Develop engaging content to increase brand awareness, follower base, and audience engagement
  • Implement and manage digital marketing strategies, including paid advertising and campaign boosting
  • Drive e-commerce sales by managing platforms and working closely with e-commerce enabler partners
  • Manage and allocate A&P (Advertising & Promotion) budgets effectively at the brand level

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in FMCG marketing, preferably in a distributor environment
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Expertise in digital marketing, social media strategy, and e-commerce growth
  • Excellent analytical skills to measure campaign effectiveness and optimize marketing investments
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
