In addition to managing a skilled team of campaign managers or specialists, you will collaborate extensively with colleagues across product development, sales operations, analytics functions, creative services, and customer support.   • Develop comprehensive multi-channel engagement strategies utilising email, SMS, in-app messaging, social media, and other relevant platforms to achieve both acquisition and retention objectives.
  • Oversee the end-to-end execution of lifecycle campaigns including onboarding, cross-sell, upsell, renewals, and reactivation initiatives tailored to various customer segments.

  • Proven ability to adapt quickly within fast-evolving markets such as insurance or technology environments while maintaining focus on organisational goals.
  • Demonstrated commitment to transparency and compliance standards ensuring ethical practices in all customer interactions.
  • Exceptional relationship-building skills enabling effective collaboration across diverse teams including product development, sales operations, analytics experts and creative professionals.
