What you'll do:

As an Advertiser within this dynamic marketing team in Eastwood’s hybrid work environment, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the success of multi-platform advertising initiatives. Your day-to-day activities will involve setting up targeted campaigns across leading social media channels like Meta as well as major e-commerce sites including Lazada, Shopee, and TikTok. You’ll collaborate extensively with colleagues from content creation, design, and sales functions to ensure every aspect of each campaign—from creative assets to landing page alignment—supports overarching business objectives. By harnessing sophisticated analytics tools, you’ll monitor real-time performance metrics such as CTRs and ROAS while providing insightful reports that guide future strategy. Your ability to troubleshoot underperforming ads quickly will be essential in maintaining high standards of effectiveness. Staying informed about emerging trends in digital marketing will empower you to introduce fresh approaches that keep campaigns at the forefront of industry innovation. Success in this role means not only achieving strong results but also contributing positively to a culture built on knowledge sharing and mutual support.

  • Set up, manage, and monitor advertising campaigns across Meta, Lazada, Shopee, and TikTok with the goal of driving traffic, conversions, and sales for various products.
  • Coordinate with seller centres and equivalent e-commerce platforms to ensure product listings are accurate and fully aligned with campaign objectives.
  • Utilise advanced analytics tools to track key performance indicators such as click-through rates (CTR), return on ad spend (ROAS), cost per click (CPC), and conversion rates for all active campaigns.
  • Analyse campaign data thoroughly to generate actionable insights that inform ongoing optimisation strategies and drive measurable improvements in performance.
  • Prepare regular, detailed reports on campaign outcomes for internal stakeholders, highlighting trends, successes, areas for improvement, and future recommendations based on historical data.
  • Collaborate closely with sales teams as well as creative departments to ensure ad messaging, visuals, landing pages, and promotional calendars are synchronised with overall campaign goals.
  • Communicate campaign requirements, results, and optimisation plans effectively across multiple departments to ensure seamless execution of marketing initiatives.
  • Stay up-to-date with platform updates, industry developments, and best practices in digital advertising to keep campaigns current and competitive.
  • Implement innovative strategies designed to boost engagement rates and improve the efficiency of advertising efforts across all supported platforms.
  • Identify issues related to ad performance or targeting strategies promptly and propose practical solutions while continuously refining campaign settings to maximise return on investment.

To excel as an Advertiser in this role you will bring proven experience managing digital advertising campaigns within fast-evolving environments. Your educational background equips you with theoretical knowledge while your hands-on experience—particularly if it includes TikTok—ensures you can navigate platform-specific challenges confidently. You possess technical proficiency in using analytics software which enables you to interpret complex datasets accurately; this skill is complemented by your ability to translate findings into actionable steps that drive better outcomes. Your approach is detail-oriented yet flexible enough to adapt quickly when troubleshooting issues or responding to new opportunities. Effective communication comes naturally whether you’re liaising with creative teams or presenting results to stakeholders. Above all else your enthusiasm for learning keeps you engaged with industry advancements so that every campaign benefits from up-to-date best practices.

  • A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communication Arts, Advertising or any related field provides a solid foundation for understanding core principles relevant to this position.
  • Certifications in digital marketing are considered advantageous as they demonstrate commitment to ongoing professional development within the field.
  • Between one to three years’ experience in performance marketing or a similar role ensures familiarity with the nuances of managing paid advertising campaigns across multiple platforms.
  • Hands-on experience specifically managing TikTok ads is highly preferred due to the growing importance of this channel within the digital landscape.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of ad campaign performance analysis techniques applicable across Meta, Shopee, Lazada, TikTok enables effective monitoring and optimisation.
  • Proficiency using advertising analytics tools such as Facebook Ads Manager, Google Analytics or TikTok Ads Manager allows for accurate tracking of key metrics.
  • A thorough understanding of budgeting processes along with targeting methodologies helps optimise resource allocation for maximum impact.
  • Demonstrated ability to generate detailed performance reports translates complex data into clear recommendations for action.
  • Experience conducting A/B testing combined with knowledge of ad optimisation techniques supports continuous improvement efforts aimed at enhancing ROI.
  • Excellent communication skills paired with strong interpersonal abilities facilitate smooth cross-team collaboration throughout all stages of campaign execution.
