Are you Robert Walters?

Our Global Talent Marketing & Insights team’s purpose is to build, execute and be known for best-in-class Talent Marketing, driven by insight and with an ED&I lens across everything we do, to deliver the right outcomes for our clients.

We are now seeking a data-driven and creative minded Talent Marketing Insights Consultant to join our Global Talent Marketing Centre of Excellence. This role sits at the intersection of data, brand, and storytelling — turning insight into action by helping clients understand how, where, and why to connect with the talent they need most.
You will specialise in transforming talent data and market research into compelling stories and strategic recommendations that inform employer branding, candidate attraction, and recruitment marketing strategies globally.

Responsibilities

Transform data into stories that inspire action

  • Translate talent, market, and brand data into clear, meaningful narratives that influence Talent Marketing strategies. Use storytelling to help clients and stakeholders understand candidate mindsets, motivations, and behaviours — and what this means for how we engage them.

Deliver employer brand and talent market insights

  • Conduct research and analysis on employer brand perception, candidate expectations, and market positioning. Provide actionable insights that shape employer value propositions (EVPs), attraction campaigns, and engagement strategies.

Develop and deliver insight projects

  • Create high-quality insight deliverables — such as brand diagnostics, market and competitor analysis, hiring trend reports, location mapping, and candidate behaviour studies — that directly inform sourcing and attraction planning.

Influence Talent Marketing strategies

  • Partner with the wider Global Talent Marketing Centre of Excellence to interpret insights and turn them into creative, insight-led marketing and employer branding strategies that drive measurable outcomes.

Presentation skills

  • Craft presentations, visual reports, and narratives that bring data to life — connecting talent insights to the wider story of brand, culture, and experience. Help teams and clients make more confident, evidence-based marketing and attraction decisions.

Stay ahead of market trends

  • Monitor emerging trends in talent attraction, digital engagement, and employer branding. Use your understanding of the talent landscape to proactively identify opportunities for innovation and differentiation in how we position our clients as employers of choice.

Collaborate across global teams

  • Work closely with colleagues across Global Talent Marketing Centre of Excellence, Market Intelligence Advisory and Management Reporting to ensure insight is embedded from strategy to execution and measurement.

Build measurement dashboards that track performance and ROI

  • Build, maintain, and continuously improve Power BI dashboards that monitor media channel effectiveness, sourcing tool utilisation, and return on investment. Use dashboard insights to identify trends, optimise activity, and provide clear evidence of the impact and value delivered through Talent Marketing and sourcing strategies.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in data analytics, market research, or talent intelligence.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Skilled in data visualisation and storytelling — able to communicate complex information clearly to non-technical audiences.
  • Experience using analytical tools and techniques, including benchmarking, predictive analytics, and competitive intelligence.
  • Hands-on experience building and maintaining Power BI dashboards to track media channel effectiveness, sourcing tool utilisation, campaign performance, and ROI.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with confidence presenting insights and recommendations to stakeholders at all levels.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across global teams, balancing multiple projects and stakeholders effectively.
  • Strong research skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to identifying new insight opportunities.
  • Familiarity with talent market data sources, recruitment marketing analytics tools, and data visualisation platforms (e.g. Power BI, Tableau, LinkedIn Talent Insights, Talent Neuron) is desirable.

In this exciting role, you will play a pivotal part in shaping how we help our clients understand and act on Talent Intelligence. By combining analytical expertise with storytelling and strategic influence, you will help drive innovative and effective Talent Marketing strategies, stronger employer brands, and better talent outcomes across the globe.
