An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Sales Executive to join a thriving sales team in the meat industry based in Paranaque. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys connecting with people, uncovering new business opportunities, and playing a key part in expanding a company’s customer base.

As a Sales Executive, you will play a pivotal role in driving the expansion of the customer base by actively seeking out new business opportunities. Your day-to-day activities will involve prospecting potential clients through various channels, conducting insightful needs assessments, presenting tailored product solutions, and closing initial sales. You will work collaboratively with marketing teams to support lead generation campaigns while maintaining an organised sales pipeline using CRM systems. Success in this role comes from your ability to build rapport quickly, communicate effectively with diverse audiences, adapt to changing market conditions, and consistently achieve acquisition targets. Your efforts will directly contribute to the overall growth of the organisation’s presence in the market.

  • Proactively identify and reach out to potential clients through outbound calls, emails, field visits, and online platforms to generate new business leads.
  • Conduct thorough needs assessments with prospects to understand their requirements and tailor solutions accordingly.
  • Schedule meetings with prospective clients, deliver engaging presentations on product offerings, and guide them through the initial sales process.
  • Maintain an organised and up-to-date sales pipeline using CRM tools, ensuring accurate reporting of progress and activities.
  • Collaborate closely with marketing and sales colleagues to support campaign-based lead generation initiatives and maximise outreach efforts.
  • Consistently meet or exceed monthly targets for new client acquisition by applying effective sales strategies and maintaining motivation.
  • Build strong relationships with both internal stakeholders and external partners to foster trust and long-term cooperation.
  • Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify fresh opportunities for growth.
  • Represent the organisation at client meetings or events as needed, demonstrating professionalism and enthusiasm at all times.
