A leading global brand is seeking a Global Key Accounts Manager to join their team in Taguig City, Bonifacio Global City. This is an exceptional opportunity for you to play a pivotal role in shaping the success of global key accounts within the Philippines. In this position, you will be at the forefront of aligning with local teams to deliver pre-selected seasonal assortments and execute account-specific strategies that drive both sales and market share growth.

What you'll do:

As a Key Accounts Manager, you will immerse yourself in a multifaceted role that bridges commercial strategy with hands-on execution. Your day-to-day activities will involve close collaboration with local teams to land seasonal assortments tailored for your portfolio accounts while executing strategies that align with broader regional objectives.

  • Collaborate closely with local respective Key Accounts teams to ensure seamless implementation of pre-selected seasonal assortments and execution of account-specific strategies aligned with regional objectives.
  • Coordinate with buyers and key decision makers within each account to identify inventory opportunities, ensuring timely and complete product displays across all relevant channels.
  • Align stakeholders across various departments to manage categories tied to the team’s key performance indicators such as margin optimisation, inventory coverage, sell-out rates, and SKU efficiency, taking action when necessary.
  • Work hand-in-hand with the Trade Marketing Manager to drive engagement initiatives that elevate brand presence and customer experience.
  • Plan and organise regular physical touchpoints and strategic meetings with country teams and buying groups to foster strong relationships and ensure alignment on business goals.
  • Monitor key figures and KPIs for an ongoing basis, providing detailed category reporting to internal team members for informed decision-making.
  • Prepare comprehensive facts and figures for seasonal reviews, strategic meetings, or other critical milestones to support business planning processes.
  • Update Key Account Strategic Plans regularly with the latest seasonal data, ensuring all plans reflect current trends and business realities.
  • Complete monthly business planning documents for all countries under remit—including sell-out forecasts, intake projections, month-on-hand analysis—and make recommendations for inventory adjustments as needed.
  • Continuously track sell-through rates, order backlogs, and supply chain reliability by facilitating proactive meetings with operations teams and customer service representatives.

What you bring:

To excel as a Key Accounts Manager, you will bring proven experience from roles involving account management or sales within the retail or FMCG industries.

  • A degree in Business Administration, Marketing or Sales Management
  • At least one to two years’ experience in a reporting or analytics-focused role
  • Five years’ background in account management or sales within retail or fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) sectors
  • Proven methodological skills in analytics and business planning
  • Extensive knowledge of the retail industry
