What you'll do:

As a Business Analyst within this dynamic team based in Makati, you will immerse yourself in every stage of the product development lifecycle. Your day-to-day activities will involve close interaction with Product Owners, developers, QA specialists, and stakeholders from various backgrounds. • Support the Product Owner by understanding business needs and translating them into clear user stories and acceptance criteria that guide development efforts.

• Collaborate closely with developers and QA teams during sprints to clarify requirements, address questions promptly, and foster open communication throughout the project lifecycle.

• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams such as product management, engineering/development, quality assurance (QA), or similar disciplines is highly valued.
• Ability to write clear user stories and acceptance criteria under guidance from senior team members while simplifying complex information for diverse audiences.
• Strong communication skills paired with an analytical mindset that enjoys understanding processes deeply and solving problems collaboratively.
• Familiarity with process mapping tools (such as Lucidchart) along with proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) is expected.
