What you'll do:

As an AI Operations Technical Lead based in Makati, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of intelligent operations support. Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve designing innovative AI solutions that address complex operational challenges such as incident response optimisation and proactive problem management. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams—including incident managers, service owners, reliability engineers—and ensure seamless integration of AI features into existing platforms like ServiceNow or Jira Service Management. By leading architecture reviews and driving high-value use cases focused on reducing mean time to resolution (MTTR) or detection (MTTD), you will help automate L1 triage processes and enable proactive operations. Your commitment to operational excellence will be evident as you balance hands-on technical delivery with strategic oversight while nurturing a team culture rooted in experimentation and continuous improvement. Success in this role means not only delivering robust AI-enabled features but also fostering collaboration across departments to align technology solutions with real-world operational needs.

  • Lead and actively contribute to high-impact data and AI initiatives that transform operations support outcomes such as real-time incident enrichment, automated root-cause analysis, predictive alerting, ticket clustering, auto-triage, change risk scoring, knowledge mining, and intelligent runbooks.
  • Design and deliver scalable AI-enabled features embedded into operations support platforms including ServiceNow, Jira Service Management, monitoring tools, observability systems, and ITSM environments.
  • Ensure all solutions adhere to strict operational SLAs for reliability, low latency, auditability, explainability, and zero-downtime deployment across multiple platforms.
  • Stay current with emerging AIOps tools, research developments, and industry trends to continuously enhance operations support capabilities.
  • Lead the architecture, development, and ongoing improvement of internal AIOps platforms and reusable components that empower operations teams.
  • Integrate AIOps tools seamlessly with ITSM systems, observability platforms (such as Prometheus, Grafana, ELK), ticketing systems, and automation frameworks for optimal performance.
  • Apply best practices in MLOps tailored for production environments including model monitoring, drift detection, automated rollback procedures, performance checks, and cost optimisation at scale.
  • Serve as the principal AI technical authority for transformation programmes across service operations, NOC teams, support desks, infrastructure operations, and reliability engineering functions.
  • Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing squad of AIOps specialists focused on delivering measurable improvements in operations support.
  • Foster a culture of experimentation and production-first thinking while providing technical coaching through design/code reviews and guiding career development with emphasis on domain expertise.

  • Hands-on expertise with Python programming language as well as Spark for big data processing; familiarity with Kafka for event streaming; Airflow for workflow orchestration; cloud data platforms; PyTorch/TensorFlow for machine learning; LLMs; plus integrations with tools like ServiceNow PagerDuty Splunk Datadog Moogsoft Big Panda Databricks Azure/ADF.
  • Deep knowledge of AIOps practices including event correlation techniques anomaly detection predictive analytics automated actions GenAI applications for operations support.
  • Experience designing building or enhancing AIOps platforms or internal tooling used by large-scale operation teams or NOC environments.
  • Familiarity with ITIL processes covering incident management problem management change enablement service request handling knowledge management protocols.
  • Experience applying GenAI/LLM applications for operations such as copilots auto-remediation knowledge search alert/incident summarisation features.
