Scrum Master

Reporting to the Delivery Lead as part of Data Technology Platforms department, the holder of this position will be responsible to help us achieving our goals through effective Agile practices with a focus to support the business reporting teams

Main Responsibilities:

• Facilitate daily stand-up meetings, sprint planning, sprint review, and retrospective meetings.
• Ensure the team follows Agile principles and practices.
• Remove impediments and blockers that hinder the team's progress.
• Foster a collaborative and productive team environment.
• Work closely with Product Owners to manage the product backlog and ensure it is well-groomed and prioritized.
• Track and report on team progress and performance metrics.
• Coach and mentor team members on Agile methodologies and best practices.
• Promote continuous improvement within the team and organization.


Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or similar Agile certification.
• Proven experience as a Scrum Master or in a similar role.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Experience with Jira as an Agile project management tool
• Experience in software development or IT project management.
• Experience in Business reporting tools like PowerBI
• Advanced Agile certifications (e.g., Advanced Certified ScrumMaster, Certified Scrum Professional).
• Familiarity with other Agile frameworks (e.g., Kanban, Lean).
