What you'll do:

As a Senior ServiceNow Developer based in Makati, you will immerse yourself in all aspects of the ServiceNow ecosystem—designing new modules, enhancing existing functionalities, integrating with other enterprise systems, and ensuring optimal performance across the board.   • Design, implement, and enhance comprehensive ServiceNow ITSM, ITOM, and ITAM solutions including modules such as Incident, Problem, Change, Request, and Knowledge Management to support business operations.
  • Develop and configure sophisticated workflows, automations, and integrations using ServiceNow Workflow Data Fabric, scripting languages, and integration frameworks to streamline processes.
  • Ensure data consistency, integrity, and compliance across the ServiceNow platform and integrated enterprise systems by conducting regular monitoring, troubleshooting issues promptly, and performing detailed audits.
  • Collaborate closely with both business users and technical teams to gather requirements effectively and translate them into robust ServiceNow solutions that meet organisational needs.
  • Support ongoing optimisation and maintenance of CMDB data models as well as service mappings to enable accurate reporting, enhanced service visibility, and thorough impact analysis.
  • Implement AI-driven automation initiatives such as Now Assist for ITSM while driving continuous improvement projects and managing release upgrades for the platform.
  • Provide governance over the ServiceNow platform by offering operational support including technical troubleshooting, maintaining documentation standards, owning integrations, and supporting activities related to Change Management as well as ARB and SDO Platform Owner responsibilities.
